In light of an increasingly difficult business environment, we need to be vigilant in the ways that we manage our costs. Therefore, the following measures are effective immediately until further notice.
Vacation Days Reduction
• All TMV employees are required to take a minimum of 5 days’ vacation per month, unless your month end vacation balance is less than 5 days.
• The vacation data will be downloaded by Personnel Department and monitored closely to ensure compliance.
Employee Group Meal & Entertainment
• Employee group meal & entertainment is not allowed.
• Employee group meal & entertainment spend will be rejected in E-Claim, unless pre-approved by TMV GeoMarket Manager.
Mobile Phone Policy
• TMV Mobile Phone Policy has been revised as attached, with the monthly bill limits revised.
• Mobile phone expense claim from non-eligible populations will be rejected in E-Claim, unless pre-approved by TMV GeoMarket Manager.
Hotel Policy
• Employees are required to stay in the eligible hotel category as defined in the attached TMV Contracted Hotel List.
• Hotel expense from employee staying in the incorrect hotel category will be rejected in E-Claim, unless pre-approved by TMV GeoMarket Manager.
Gift, Sponsorship & Donation
• All gift, sponsorship & donation spend must be pre-approved by TMV Controller and TMV GeoMarket Manager.
Travel Ban
• The travel ban is in effect as per ASA Announcement dated Dec 7th, 2015.
• Travel ban does not apply to Crews traveling to or from their job assignments, Mandatory fixed-step training, and Relocation trips.
• Except crew travels, other travel fares shall be issued at the most economic rates (non-flexible) wherever possible.
• Customer commitments that must be done face to face – on an exemption basis, to be approved by ASA President.
