were Branch, Divisional or Department Managers, 31 were Directors while the remainder held a series of other senior management positions. With reference to gender, 98 were female. The nature of the properties can be gauged by the turnover of the properties for which they were responsible. Just 32 properties had aninnual turnover of less than 100,000 RMB, and of these 12 were owner_
