It is for these reasons that the AML Module does not prescribe, beyond what is contained in the
AML Module, how a Relevant Person should implement its risk-based approach. However, it is
important to note that Chapter 4 of the module sets out the standard for risk-based assessments
and applies to all decisions made by a Relevant Person in which a risk-based assessment is
