What is the reason of PO long ETD? No advise from HQ? Urgent order from Loxley? Parts shortage from HQ? Loxley did not perform parts forecast? Give me the reason with all supporting documents with PO number & date of PO.
As mentioned in my earlier email and several meeting with the team, I have emphasized many times that if the WIP is due to parts shortages from HQ, pls do the local swap or upgrade with approval immediately. If it is Loxley issue did not perform parts forecasting or urgent PO order, I need your immediate action for not doing such request too frequently as HQ do not allowed to have many urgent PO due to ASP fault. We may help once or twice but not too frequent!
I have also seen many requests from Nuchjaree on the parts buy back request although those parts are not slow moving or non-moving parts. One side you are requested for buy back and on the other side you are placing new PO, how can this be?
We have same target to drive all WIP to be finished repair within 5 days TAT and it is a must and achievable target. We are not shouting for 2 or 3 days as per agreement signed! Therefore, team effort and changes is needed so that we can achieve the target together!
