Repeat Service
If customers request service on units previously serviced in an Apple Retail Store or by an Apple Authorized Service Provider, create a Carry-In repair in GSX.
Note: Previous service must have been performed for the same part within the last 90 days, and the following must be included with the repair:
Proof of Service documentation (for example, a work authorization or job sheet).
The previous Dispatch ID or reference number must be entered in the "Repair Notes" field.
