The way to practice
Practice dribbling the ball with inside foot.
1. Take a glance at the ball
2. Use inside foot make a gentle contact with the ball
3. Dribbling forward with the gentle touch not kick and keep the ball around
your feet not over 1 step.
4. Use your both inside feet touch the ball switch back and forth
5. Dribbling the ball without any tension of the body, especially the hip should
be flexible
Practice dribbling the ball with outside foot
1. Keep your eyes up to your direction and glance at the ball occasionally
2. Use outside foot both left and right or use outter foot for both inside and outside help to control dribbling sometime
3. Moving the ball forward gently and follow it, put your body ahead a bit
then keep your knee over the ball, your foot should be slightly turned in at the
ankle with the front of the foot down, Keep the leading edge of your foot
forward as you’re running. This would giving you the most speed and balance
