Please be aware that there will be downtime on the email archiving system from Friday 4th July at 1pm UK time and is expected to return by Monday 7th July by 8am UK time.
The downtime/outage is required to carry out emergency maintenance on the archiving system.

The email archiving system will be completely unavailable during this time.
When is this happening?
The downtime window required is from 13:00 Friday 4th July until 08:00 Monday 7th July.
How will it affect me?
Until the email archiving system is restarted the ability to retrieve archived emails will be unavailable.
What do I need to do?
You will be able to continue using Outlook as normal, however will not be able to access any archived messages.
