5. Probation Period
5.1 The Employee agrees that his/her employment under this Agreement shall be subject to a probation period of 119 days (hereinafter referred to as the “Probation Period”), commencing from ( M/D/Y ) and ending on ( M/D/Y ) or any other period as mutually agreed by both parties. Both parties agree that the Probation Period may be extended at discretion of the Company, and such extension shall be made in writing.
6. Work Rules & Regulations and Code of Conduct
6.1 During his employment under this Agreement, the Employee shall strictly comply with the provisions stipulated in the Work Rules & Regulations and the Code of Conduct of the Company (hereinafter respectively referred to as the “Work Rules & Regulations” and the “Code of Conduct”), as may be in effect from time to time.
6.2 The Employee agrees that breach or violation of any provision of the Work Rules & Regulations and the Code of Conduct is deemed material breach or violation of this Agreement.
