Sorry to make you confused, after checked with insurer again today because we inform them that your car repairs completed .They rechecked with claim departments and inform us that your claim process is done but it not show in their system yet that why it show not completed process. (Internal problems).
However,If you need to cancel the policy it must be returned the original policy to insurer thus we will correct it at your office.and could you please send us K’ susan bank book (scan) for transfer refund premium.
