Their buying behavior is almost on daily basis, as they prefer to have their food as fresh as possible. The customers’ satisfactions cover mainly product availability and quality (freshness). The company’s main suppliers can be separated into two groups including intermediaries and contract farming locating in Supanburee, Saraburee, Samutprakarn and Petchaburee. Regarding to the increasing growth in the last five years and potential market demand perceived from expats, the company is aiming to expand the market to other capital markets like Hanoi and Phnom Penh.

As a part of supply chain analysis team, your role is to support your supply chain manager with information regarding to the alignment of supply chain management and company business plan. You are to write an essay that cover the following issues

• essential roles of supply chain management to the survival of business plan
• difficulties in managing supply chain to serve business effectively
