Experiment 4 determined the effects of the growth regulator
GA3 in soaking water on GABA production in two rice cultivars.
There were four levels of GA3: 0, 0.05, 0.25 and 0.50 mg L−1.
The seeds of brown rice were soaked at 30 °C for 24 h and germinated
at 35 °C for 48 h. Sample processing was the same as
in experiment 1.
