L. rhamnosus IMC 501®, L. paracasei IMC 502® and SYNBIO® growth were measured as pH changes over the fermentation period for each of the vegetal supplements and for each concentration and were repeated three times. The change in the survival study of the two probiotic strains and SYNBIO® combination in each samplewith different concentrations of the different vegetal substrates was determined using the total count of the colonies as CFU/g and repeated three times. Significant differences between mean values were determinate by Tukey's test after one-way analysis of variance ANOVA (1-way ANOVA) using GraphPad PRISM®5.1 program. A P-value less than 0.05was considered statistically significant.
