The Temkin isotherm model takes into account adsorbent adsorbate interactions (Temkin and Pyzhev, 1940). This model assumes that the heat of adsorption of all the molecules in the layer decreases linearly with coverage due to adsorbent adsorbate interactions, and adsorption is characterized by a uniform distribution of binding energies, up to some maximum binding energy.
