Ellinger, Taylor & Daugherty (2000) explored the relationship between the implementation of Automatic Replenishment Programs (ARP) [2] and firms’ performance. And, finally, Scannell, Vickery & Dröge (2000) studied the relationship between supplier partnering, supplier development, JIT and firms’ performance.
