Pls note that till date I have not receive the final EXPRESS BL .
Our factory informed that DHL DALIAN is holding on to the EXPRESS BL and unwilling to email to us bec we have to pay some local handling charges in China first.
However DHL DALIAN had not sent any invoice to our factory till date, they have no right to hold the BL if they had not done their part to provide their invoice to our factory to make payment.
Pls check with yr China side what is happening and provide the EXPRESS BL urgently by email as shipment had taken effect since 20 FEB.
