I do not usually like this Post, but I Feel the Need to Warn others, does not seem to Care since your Company. In the last month, I have attempted to place three orders. The first did not go through, the second charged my card, but you representatives stated they did not receive it. And even after II emailed you my bank account charge to show it was charge at your request, you told me there was nothing you could do. So now I am in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card. But I still gave you a chance, believing it was an honest mistake. I made a third attempt to purchase items, and it was successful; it was a great deal. After about 6 days I received part of my order, half to be exact, but the other half never came. I tracked it and noticed it had been damaged and was being sent back to you. I called you to find out what the next step was (ie replacement, refund, etc.) and was put on hold so the representative could check. I was then disconnected after a couple a minutes. I called back and explained I was disconnected, and was placed on hold again. After several minutes, I was told all your computers were currently down, but I would receive a return call to finish the problem when they returned. That was a week ago. Between the dispute and the non received, you have scammed me out of about $ 40.00. Maybe not purposely, but you did. And what upset me the most is that I received a card in the mail last night from you, thanking me for my business. You have not followed up or through any of the incorrect transactions. I now must look into other ways to get my money. Yes, I hope everyone who visits your page will see this and take it as a cautionary story.
