I think there are some confusions here.
With regards to macros, we do not need the actual values since the macros will automatically populate its values for the parameters (ie: Placement_ID, Creative_ID). I’m attaching another example from Doubleclick Manager (DCM) ad server below.
Marcos Example for DCM:
Creative ID=%ecid!
Placement ID=%epid!
Timestamp=%n
Below is an example of our Nielsen tag for a DCM ad server. Highlighted are the parameters with DCM marcos for creative_id, placement_id and timestamp respectively.
If you could share what are the macros for the placement ID and creative ID in your ad server are called, we could then work with our global team to provide you with a test tag if possible.
