Experience of working in challenging environment such as Call Centre, registration period in front counter desk, school events that I gained more abilities in setting priorities my work. To organized and prevented problem from various challenging situations, I always planed my responsibilities, discussed with the team to schedule our workload and completed the jobs in a timely manner. Even though we had an emergency problem such as the flooding situation in Bangkok, we could cover colleague duty, continue our operation, communicated with customer who suffered from flooding situation and reported Manager to find the best solution for special cases.
