- Landing permit was applied by the client via diplomatic channel (no landing permit charge from us)
- Original GH request aircraft registration was HZA2 (A320) and then changed/revised to HZA1 (A340-200)
- Aircraft Reposition: 3x (From parking stand B4-B5 North to South Apron, From South Apron to parking stand B8-B9 North Apron to avoid long traffic, and From parking stand B8-B9 to B4-B5 North Apron). A340-200 occupied 2 parking stands at WIHH and South Apron is allocated for wide body aircraft long parking
Repositioning the aircraft from B4-B5 stand took about 1 hour to reach South Apron, that’s why there were 2 repositions before departure to avoid delay on departure
- Crew didn’t have time to go to the hotel and cancelled the prepared crew transport. Cancellation fee: 2x Commuter
- Agent ground transport is divided between HZA1 & N375G (arrival on 19 Oct & departure on 20 Oct)
- Please advise on the Passenger Service Charge (PSC) on invoice tab as the calculation result is not the same between 14 x US$ 10.56 (on rate sheets) = US$ 147.84 compared to 14 x IDR 150,000 (actual charge) = IDR 2,100,000 / 14,210 (Oct exch. Rate) = US$ 147.78
