The Outlet Manager would most likely already be working within a luxury hotel / restaurant environment within the food and beverage department. The person should have the right attitude and who have a solid understanding of quality service and guest satisfaction. This role may well suit somebody who has experience working within quality hotel or restaurant.
Job Summary:
Responsible for making sure that the Riedel Wine Bar restaurant run efficiently, and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food and service they receive.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide on-the-job training for staff.
- Understand the all established standards and procedures.
- Promote the daily special or any special promotional items.
- Manage the average check and control expenses.
- Ensure the POS System is running smoothly.
- Prepare Food & Beverage Monthly Report for assigned outlet.
- Directly responsible for the whole lounge area, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation.
- Achieve departmental Budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure.
- To be responsible for the monthly outlet Profit & Loss Statement and prepared a monthly P&L critique.
- To supervise the completion and critique of the wage progress report on a weekly basis.
- To develop and execute plans and actions for the marketing of the outlet and support to the outlet yearly promotion plan.
- To be aware of competitors in the market and complete a competition analysis on a quarterly basis using the established format.
- To implement a departmental daily - 15 Minute- training, Taste Panel, OJT training, Outlet monthly schedule in your area and to submit schedule to PA.
