Compass Hospitality is introducing a “Telephone etiquette” training session.
The proposed course outline enclosed includes 34 hours or 2 hours class twice weekly on the topic.
Expected attendees should come from your respective Front Office and Reservation department.
Similarly to the English language course, we need to form groups of 16 persons maximum.
- Cost per staff per hour is THB107 (THB 1.710/hour/16 pax)
- Total cost for one staff for 34 hours is THB 3,638.
Please send me back your list of chosen staff to attend this course before Wednesday lunch time this week.
