Job Descriptions :
- Plan, organize and manage collection team to collect customer’s payment at the lowest Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) and % Long Term Outstanding (LTO)
- Develop strategies to collection team in order to manager DSO and % LTO as plan
- Develop or revise incentive plan for Collection Team appropriately
- Review performance of Specialist personnel and follow up
- Investigate and timely response on any Voice Of Customer cases related to collection
Qualifications:
- At least bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related filed
- At least 5 years working experience in collection management; solid supervisory experience is prefer
- Proficiency in English
- Computer Literacy
