Hi All,
A new enhancement to vtiger means we can add a team to each project instead of allocating a project to an individual. We have also set it up so that when a new project is created, it will email the whole team to advise them about the new project.
So, starting now, the project team must take responsibility for maintaining the project record on vtiger. Once the project is created, you should make sure all dates, deadlines, tasks, deliverables, documents, status, etc is kept current and complete.
Sophia will continue to issue project numbers and set up project records, thereafter, the project team takes over.
Please keep your projects up to date as this is also the basis for our ongoing business planning and utilisation monitoring.
