Right now they are facing a tough challenge that is the decrease in the number of waitersavailable as well as full-timers. They are supposed to give one staff per table but now theycannot afford to get on with it because of the lack of staff and what they do now is that to givefour tables to two waiters that could eventually decrease the quality of the service.Since all the waiters are part-times they would be coming and going and they take lessresponsibility.
