Responsibilities
- Manage the good relationship with dealers on phone while providing excellent service quality according to Michelin's standard.
- Register all opportunities to sell more products. In case of shortage, assist company and dealers to solve the problems by proposing substitution according to company's guideline
- Ensure dealers' order management and their portfolio's accuracy
- Being a window to assist the dealers and sales forces to solve their business related problems such as technical questions, claims, complaints, delivery schedule

Qualification
- Bachelor degree in business administration or related field. New graduates are welcome.
- Maximum 3 years of experience in customer service, call center or sales support. Experience in tele-sales and servicing dealers will be plus but not necessary
- Very good in Thai communication, service mind, business orientation and commitment to the result.
Working location : Michelin Customer Service Department at Meenburi (Soi Ramkamhaeng 164), Bangkok
