The last moments of Air Asia Flight QZ8501
The reason why Air Asia flight crashed into Java sea. Many investigations have found the truth reasons. The last moments of Air Asia Flight QZ8501 started out as a routine flight, but that changed very suddenly and mysteriously on that tragic night. The Captain requested to climb to a higher altitude because of severe weather ahead of his flight plan. This request was delighted by flight control, as that flight lever was being used by other planes at the time and they denighedhis request on those grounds. That was the last communication between Ground control and the crew of Air Asia flight QZ8501. It has been confirmed by radar that the aircraft raised steeply to a higher altitude than they were assigned to. At the Apex of that climb came a steep drop at a quick rate until the flight was lost on the radar scope. As the flight did not arrive at the appointed time and with the knowledge of the loss of radar contact the conclusion was that the craft had crashed into the ocean. In the morning there was a request for boats, planes, as well as military ships to help in finding the crash site. As the days wore on and the weather worsened the rescue turned into a search and recover mode. Sonar was used in finding the bulk of the crashed flight, and because of the bad weather it took much longer to find the plane at the crash site. Then a "PING" was heard from the flight recorder and the cockpit voice recorder. When the rescue divers found the craft it was discovered in a rather shallow part of the ocean. On the 3rd. of March rescue divers were designed access to the cockpit according to "The Independent News: As of now some of the information has been reported that the captain acted in a strange manner by leaving his seat, which left the co-pilot at the controls. The Captain disabled the Flight Augmentation Computer (FAC). The FAC can be reset, but to cut the power to it is rather unusual. The FAC on the Boing A320 is located behind the co-pilots seat and it controls the plane so that the craft cannot be flown beyond its flight envelope. Speculation is that the pilot disabled the FAC so that "he" could try to fly the craft beyond its safety envelope. This is why the plane was able to ascend at a steep rate, which might have caused a "stall" which is where the plane loses its lift and starts to decend.Per the recordings the Captain was able to get back into his seat, but it was too late for the crew to regain flight control of the Boing A380. The taped are still being explored at this time, but is seems that the Pilot caused the plane to go "beyond" its flight envelope, which caused the craft to stall and then plummet into the ocean. Further information is still needed to "completely" discover what happened, and the investigators said that "we will release more information as it becomes available".
