2. Classification Status at Account Level shows as "Normal" which is WRONG. Once aging starts, status shouldn't be normal.
The classification status is changed by NPL transaction. And even account is shown on the report but:
- The numbers of overdue days is less than 30 days ==> Still Normal
- NPL setting is Manual (at account level) ==> Still Normal until teller do manually NPL transaction.
That's reason why I show both Classification Status and Overdue Days on the report.
And one more reason, the auto NPL transaction does not cover this case.
So, I will double check NPL transaction with my team first and fix this issue.
