Blood pressure changes Six of the 12 participants reduced their BP over the 12 weeks. This result has its limitations as BP changes throughout the day. Nine were on BP medications before starting Good Food Good Health. Of the six whose BP decreased, one woman gave up caffeine, started eating breakfast daily and having regular meals - a great achievement.
All reported sleeping better, waking refreshed and feeling relaxed and happy in their daily life. Four of this group increased their exercise levels. Our final evaluation at week 12 showed the group felt more confident to make healthy food choices. They ate fewer take-aways, exercised more, slept better, felt happy and confident, and had more energy.
