Comparison of bulbs fresh weight/clump, bulb fresh weight/ bulb, number of bulbs, and percent of single bulb between control, NAA, and 2,4-D found that, NAA and 2,4-D all levels of concentration did not affect on growth of shallot. This results similar research of Steven et al. (2000) reported that, NAA at concentration non-appropriate, it not affects to inhibition of lateral bud of plant. Using 2,4-D in high concentration at 100 mg/L and 50 mg/L has affect to characteristic of bulbs, showed elongate shape. This results similar information of Noppadon (2000) has written in using auxin at high concentration has resulted in cell division and cell elongation in area of the received auxin.
