Samples were prepared by dissolving an amount between
5 g and 15 g of honey in 25 mL of ultra-pure water, and filtered
through a nylon syringe filter of 0.45 μmprior to their injection
in the chromatographic system. The vitamins B1, B3H, B3N,
B5 and B6 were analysed using the mobile phase H2SO4
0.01 %/MeOH 2 % (v/v) at pH 3.5 and 25 °C, and vitamins
C and B2 were analysed with the mobile phase H2SO4 0.01 %/
CTAB 0.01 M/MeOH 2 % (v/v) at pH 2.75 and 25 °C.
