As with the first stage of your programme, still NO dairy products, or eggs.
NO dead animal flesh. And, NO grains.
Try to have the lemon water in the morning, and another one or two times (if possible) throughout the day.
Lemons /Limes are great for helping to get the toxic waste (that is blocked in your system) loose so that it can be eliminated (kicked out) of your body.
No solid food in the morning. (You can drink, but no fruit shake).
And, you need to introduce some exercises that will help to move the waste out of your system too. (As I explained to you, this system does not have a pump like the blood, and so it needs movement /exercise to move it along).
You can do the exercises in the morning, and in the afternoon again, every day.

Do each exercise 10 – 12 times (reps), and rest for 30 seconds, then repeat it again so that you do four ‘sets’ as follows:
Exercise 1: Do 10 – 12 reps x 4 sets.
Exercise 2: Do 10 – 12 reps x 4 sets.
Exercise 3: Do 10 – 12 reps x 4 sets.
After a week or so, increase the reps to 15 – 20 x 4 sets.
Now, you will do 2 raw days together (no cooked food), and then 2 days (but remember to choose wisely).
Follow this for the next few weeks (a month, or so), and keep me informed with regards to how you’re getting on.
