Equivalent EV range is distance driven by electricity
power supplied by external sources. This does not
necessarily have to be EV run, but work of ICE is not
included. Equivalent EV range in each test cycle is
obtained by proportion based on CO2emissions.
Equivalent EV range should be obtained based on the
proportion of engine workload and motor workload. If
assuming that CO2emission from an engine is
proportional to workload. There is no CO2emission from
the motor, Equivalent EV range can be obtained using
CO2emissions. Strictly speaking that emitted amount
CO2from ICE is dependent on ICE efficiency but ICE
efficiency different is almost negligible considering on
