We would also like to confirm the defective part(s) have been returned back to Nutanix. If the defective part(s) have been returned, please reply to this email updating the spreadsheet with the date it was returned as well as the tracking number and courier name used to ship the part. This will allow us to update your account with the appropriate information and verify the return.
