Fig. 3 shows the selective adsorption of dyes from natural red wine “Chianti Ruffino” and model wine mixture containing synthetic dyes. The model wine mixture was prepared as follows:natural red wine “Chianti Ruffino” was diluted twice by watere alcohol solution containing ethanol in amount of 13 ml/100 ml of the solution. Then synthetic dyes E122, E124 and E133 were added to obtain the color intensity and the tint of the “Chianti Ruffino”. The resultant amount of dyes added was 6.5 mg/100 ml.
