All obligations under this Agreemen

All obligations under this Agreement are effective from the date hereof and shall terminate upon the earlier of: (i) 24 months after its execution or (ii) the completion of the Project if implemented by the Prospective Partner and Telematrix, without prejudice for different provisions in the agreements aimed at regulating it.

This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Italy. the Prospective Partner hereby agrees that any dispute arising out in connection with the construction or implementation of this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Milan.
