Work-family conflict i.e., both WFC and FWC were measured using 5 items each from the 10-item work-family con- flict scale developed by Netemeyer et al. (1996). Respondents indicated level of agreement to each statement on a 5- point scale ranging from “strongly dis- agree” (1) to “strongly agree” (5) with higher scores indicating high levels of work-family conflict in either direction.
