Witoon takes his students through the 75-minute session and its Stott Pilates routine, involving more than 10 poses including the above-mentioned.
From the variety of poses, different series are selected for the V2Max Body for beginners and V2Max Leg focusing on the lower half of the body.
"The session works on different parts of the body, deepening into smaller and hidden muscles," he said. "Those who don't exercise may experience tension or pain but it's a good kind of pain as the poses work on unused muscles.
