Set HR objectives to support business goals and develop plan for implementation.
Establish, formalize procedures for benefits administration and develop/update HR Manual.
Conduct personnel services audit including review of HR policies and procedures periodically.
Conduct job evaluation exercise, set up a formal salary structure for implementation, and participate/conduct salary and benefits market surveys.
Recommend/administer salary compensation and ensure staff compensation is competitive with the market/industry.
Determine staff career planning needs, including manpower and succession planning.
Identify and assess staff training and development needs.
Review staff performance appraisal needs, help line management establish performance objectives and monitor progress of staff performance.
Establish/maintain monthly personnel communication system and ensure staff needs and concerns are addressed timely, including employee counseling and discipline.
Assist senior management in managing corporate “Partners in Excellence” values program, incalculate in employees the values and help develop/implement ongoing action plans.
Develop recruitment strategies using headhunters, recruitment firms, internal postings etc.
Grievance handling and counseling of associates.
Oversee all payroll administration, CPF and staff income tax matters.
Provide HR functional support and consultation services to countries in Asia Pacific on a need basis.
Requirements:
Degree in Social Science or /Diploma in HRM or GDPM.
Min 8 years' relevant HR experience with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
Possess a strong knowledge of generalist HR practices.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communications skills.
Strong corporate vision and ability to translate HR strategies and plans into action.
