5.10 CONCIERGE / GUEST SERVICES RESPONSE
5.10.1 If fire is present, station 2 Bellmen at Level 2 guest lift lobby immediately.
5.10.2 Advise all guests NOT to use lifts.
5.10.3 Use the following phrase to answer guest queries:
A small fire is reported at (location). Our Fire Fighting team is now investigating. Please wait until we have cleared the situation.
5.10.4 Station 2 Bellmen at main entrance to advise returning in-house guests to wait in the lobby.
5.10.5 Assist with crowd control.
5.10.6 Ensure front driveway is cleared of traffic and obstructions
