If our mind can be freed from delusions and discriminations, then we can be identified with the One Mind (Buddha Mind).
All the worlds are ultimately just the Buddha Mind.
According to one Hua-yan teacher, the world is like the interconnected parts of a lion. Without each of those parts, the lion as a whole would not exist.
We can call this perspective “holism,” meaning that no one part of the system can be taken independently of the whole system.
Only when seen from the standpoint of the whole does each part make sense.
