transport and accommodation),
which makes it possible to modify prices depending on demand. Selfassembly has become more
popular and the customer is becoming more and more an “active consumer” (Kreziak &
Frochot, 2011, p. 24).
The customer is no longer considered only to be the user of a trip, with no real role in assembling the holiday.
