2.8. Statistical evaluation
The results of chemical composition, antioxidant activity and
colour were expressed as a mean of three replicate assays ±standard deviation. Mean values were further compared using Turkey's
test, and differences were considered to be statistically significant
when p 0.05. The Fizz software was used for gathering and
analysis of sensory evaluation data. All results are an average of two
replicate determinations, the significance of differences among
means was analyzed using ANOVA and Duncan multiple comparison test. Level of significance was set for p 0.05. SPSS software,
version 20 was used for statistical analysis (SPSS Inc., Chicago, USA).
