The system was placed on Hot
Plate Stirrer T-14 (LAB. COMPANION, Korea), which provided a constant
agitation speed. For the inoculation, a 5% w/v seed culture was used. Fermentation
was performed under the following conditions: working volume
1.5 L, temperature 25 ± 2 °C, aeration rate 1 vvm and agitation
150 rpm
