Ticketing & Reservation
•Responsible counter sales/ ticket services
•Knowledge in Reservation/ Ticketing at satisfaction and Justification level to be able to service customer on the phone or at office
•Problem solving ability/ skill callable to cope un-satisfactory customer or agent
•Maximize sales opportunity by extend cooperation and/ or assist agent and prospect customer at aspect
•Carriage self good-manner to ensure company and the principal reputation
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Working experience in airlines/ travel industry or other related field is preferably
• Able to operate ticketing & reservation systems such as Navitair
• Computer literate: MS Office, E-mail & Internet
• A good communicator with excellent spoken and written English
• High level of customer service oriented with good pleasant personality
• Highly organized, efficient, and accustomed to taking initiatives
• Able to work quickly and reliably with little supervision and meet challenging targets
• Able to work well under pressure
