I do remember timing being an issue. For shipments to the U.S. will you please hold onto those Form A’s at your location? Please reference the bill of lading on the form A so we are able to reference them to the shipping information if needed. For the U.S. the form A is not required to be submitted, but could be requested by Customs so it would be best to be able to retrieve if necessary. The best practice for U.S. shipments would be the notation on the commercial invoice that the goods qualify.
For the EU the Form A is absolutely required so please work with Petra and others on the EU team for those.
