If the billed amounts are the same in every qtr, then why is the yr over yr and seq growth in broadband segment revenues different (lower) than the growth in subscribers? This would seem to indicate that the company is probably Doug some promotional incentives to sign people up (like maybe one or two free months etc)? Otherwise rev growth should track subscriber growth. For 2-3 qtrs now it has lagged. Especially with the subscriber count now including more ftth subscribers, the arpu should only increase from the increased mix. So I would think rev growth might even be ahead of subscriber growth. But the opposite is happening. This can only explained by some form of discounting - whether it's an explicit discount or some other creative way of incentivizing the subscriber to sign up. Could you let me know what might be happening here and why?
