We are preparing to close the budget for the year 2016 in December.
If there are any agreed upon co-op expenses or promotion claims that you have yet to submit the debit notes and supporting documents, please send them in to us before 15 Dec 2016 to process the claim.
Please note that any late submission will not be considered.
Kindly follow below procedures for submission:-
1. Fill in attached coop submission form.
2. Attach a copy of each invoice from an exhibit organizer
3. Photos of event
4. Submit attendees c/w company, dept, contacts, emails, enquiries, action taken.
