However, no reports exploring the effects of anti-inflammation from algae to Virus stimulated macrophages. Therefore, we is interested to test suppressive effect of inflammatory response by Dunaliella salina alga extract in macrophages cell induced Virus and LPS. The determined mediators of inflammation such as nitric oxide, prostaglandin E2, inflammation-related enzymes ( nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2)) including regulation gene expression of NF-ҡB ,mitogen-activated protein kinase. Moreover, determine cytotoxicity Dunaliella salina alga extract. Previous studies indicated that Dunaliella salina alga extract has suppressive effect of inflammatory in macrophages cell induced Virus and LPS.
