Due to the new age of knowledge-based economy, global business environment is
continuously changing. Therefore most managers recognize that skilled and motivated people
are crucial for success of the organization. As Edmondson and Nembhard (2009) claim, it is
widely acknowledged that learning and skills development are critical sources of competitive
advantage nowadays. Despite the continuous extensive research in this area, there is a core
