Job Description
Do training need analysis and planning annual corporate training roadmap
Design and implement training courses/programs as planned
Coordinate and facilitate either In-house or Public training as planned
Expertise in HRD admin role, such as prepare training materials, record training data, arrange document or report
Expertise in PDCA and HRD process
Responsible in new comer orientation and on boarding program
Capable to create or implement any assigned HRD projects
Handle HRIS program in HRD related modules
Planning and control HRD budget & expense
Responsible in any company activities both internal and external
Responsible in any ad-hoc assignments
Qualifications
Age between 25-30 years old. Male or female
Bachelor or Master Degree in HR Management or related field
Direct experience in Human Resource related field for 3-5 years
Knowledgeable in HR strategy, Training & Organization development and Thai labor law
Technical Skills in Learning design and facilitating both technical and general training course
Good innovative skill, interpersonal r skills, coordinating skill, time management skill and analytical skill
Capable of emotion control, work under pressure and follow regulation and process
Willing to work overtime and work offsite
Proficiency in MS Office and English communication with TOEIC score 600+
